From three-time Oscar® nominee and Golden Globe winner Dean DeBlois, the creative visionary behind DreamWorks Animation’s acclaimed How to Train Your Dragon trilogy, comes a stunning live-action reimagining of the film that launched the beloved franchise. On the rugged isle of Berk, where Vikings and dragons have been bitter enemies for generations, Hiccup (Mason Thames; The Black Phone, For All Mankind) stands apart. The inventive yet overlooked son of Chief Stoick the Vast (Gerard Butler, reprising his voice role from the animated franchise), Hiccup defies centuries of tradition when he befriends Toothless, a feared Night Fury dragon. Their unlikely bond reveals the true nature of dragons, challenging the very foundations of Viking society. With the fierce and ambitious Astrid (BAFTA nominee Nico Parker; Dumbo, The Last of Us) and the village’s quirky blacksmith Gobber (Nick Frost; Snow White and the Huntsman, Shaun of the Dead) by his side, Hiccup confronts a world torn by fear and misunderstanding. As an ancient threat emerges, endangering both Vikings and dragons, Hiccup’s friendship with Toothless becomes the key to forging a new future. Together, they must navigate the delicate path toward peace, soaring beyond the boundaries of their worlds and redefining what it means to be a hero and a leader. The film also stars Julian Dennison (Deadpool 2), Gabriel Howell (Bodies), Bronwyn James (Wicked), Harry Trevaldwyn (Smothered), Ruth Codd (The Midnight Club), BAFTA nominee Peter Serafinowicz (Guardians of the Galaxy) and Murray McArthur (Game of Thrones).

Noah Lee & The Stetsons - LIVE WNY country musician and songwriter Noah Koningisor returns to Joylan Theatre for his third live performance event! Local to Springville, he has been an established and dedicated performer in the Buffalo region for over eight years. With a passion for singing and playing guitar since childhood, Noah was driven to recreate and modernize the classic acoustic country and folk music genres. His artistic inspirations include Gordon Lightfoot, Jim Croce, Dwight Yoakam and Johnny Cash. In 2022, Noah released his first studio album Over You, a collection of personal and heartfelt folk songs with an indie-country flair. After a successful release and significant fanbase growth, he re-branded to more of a contemporary country sound for his sophomore project. Noah’s second album Borrowed Trouble, released in June 2024, features eleven songs in the style of honky tonk country music, reminiscent of the ‘90s. He then launched Trouble On Tour - a seven-month local tour of music festivals and event centers across the greater Buffalo area. Borrowed Trouble can be found on the CD shelves at Revolver Records Inc., streaming on all platforms worldwide and on-air at WBNY 91.3 FM. Right now, Noah is writing and recording new music, supporting an expanded re-release of the Borrowed Trouble album this summer. This May, Noah travels to Nashville, TN to record at the historic Blackbird Studios and perform his songs in the country music capital of the world! Noah performed two shows at Joylan Theatre in 2022 and 2024 upon the release of Over You and Borrowed Trouble.
