Cat Video Fest returns to the Capitol Theatre! CatVideoFest, presented by Oscilloscope Laboratories, is a compilation reel of the latest and best cat videos culled from countless hours of unique submissions and sourced animations, music videos, and classic internet powerhouses. Each year, across the country, they partner with a cat-focused charity near the theater, with proceeds from each show helping folks like us to keep looking out for our furry friends. This year’s local partner is Purrs and Whiskers. In addition to the Cat Video Fest film, local cat owners can submit their photos and/or videos of their own cats and watch them before the main feature on the Capitol Theatre screen. The Fall Session of Rising Stars will conclude with the performance of the musical, FAMILIES OF FORT STANWIX, presented on the Capitol Theatre stage Sunday, November 15 at 5:00 pm. The show is an original two-act production produced in cooperation with Fort Stanwix National Monument and directed by Janet Foote, featuring the students enrolled in Rising Stars, the Capitol's youth theater program.
